This telemarketing training course is suitable for team members responsible for telephone sales, including outbound calling, inbound phone sales, and lead generation.

It’s an ideal opportunity to upskill and set solid standards for new sales people, as well as existing team members who aren’t performing as well as you’d like.

Objective

In this 2-day workshop we’ll provide your telemarketers with solid techniques to engage your prospects and bring them along the sales journey. All in a way that makes your customers want to buy, as opposed to feeling pushed to buy. As a result, your telemarketers will be more productive, and your sales results where you need them to be.

Approach

Your telemarketers will learn our logical, easy to understand ‘Buyer’s Psychology’ and ‘6 Steps to Sale’. We’ll encourage them to share the most difficult calls they’ve experienced or fear, and we’ll provide tried and tested ways of dealing with each scenario. Your people will learn through discussion, exercises, and role-play. They’ll return to work ready to be highly effective in every call, generate more leads, and ultimately sell more to people who need what you have!

Workshop details:

  • Once your workshop is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice payable within 7 days of receipt.
  • Choose to attend the workshop in-person or on Zoom – either way, your people are guaranteed a great learning experience! Once you’ve registered, we’ll confirm the in-person venue (usually in West Auckland), or we’ll send your Zoom link.
  • This two-day workshop runs from 9:30am to 5pm.
