Great Telemarketing Training
This two-day intensive telemarketing training is customised to your business and is aimed at providing your staff with the confidence and tools they require to get the results the company wishes them to achieve. This course is fantastic for staff handling any inbound calls, staff who make outbound calls, and face to face sales or retail staff.
We will cover the steps to take a prospect through to the decision. The course is designed to promote confidence and make our sales process a part of the salesperson because they will see the benefits of following a logical, proven process geared to increase sales conversion.
We will workshop scripting that will allow your team to convert calls to sales.
On day two, we will complete the workshop and then get the group on the phones telemarketing their own prospects, for a couple of hours in the afternoon to practice what they have learned.
