H​i! I’m Kyler born in the UK, raised as kiwi as can be. I’ve spent the last 10 years growing one of New Zealand’s leading men’s fashion retailers. What started as a simple sales role turned into a journey through leadership, team development, and business growth — all the way to High Level Management.

Over the years, I’ve discovered that my real passion isn’t just in driving sales, hitting targets and getting the win — it’s in helping people unlock their full potential. I love seeing others grow in confidence, find their own leadership style, sell more, and achieve things they didn’t think were possible. I believe great results come from strong culture, clear communication, and a genuine focus on people.
