This introduction to leadership training is for individuals who’ve been part of a team and now promoted into a team leader role. Or someone who’s been recruited into a team leader role from outside the company or from another department, who needs to get their new team on side fast.

Objective

In this 2-day workshop we’ll focus on how leaders can better understand their teams and get the most out of them. It’s challenging being the new leader of a team. We’ll set up your leader to build trust with their team and get results.

Approach

Journey through an action packed workshop of discussion, workbook exercises, practical exercises and interesting content explained beautifully by our experienced facilitators who have strong backgrounds in managing people.

Workshop details:

  • Once your workshop is confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice payable within 7 days of receipt.
  • Choose to attend the workshop in-person or on Zoom – either way, your people are guaranteed a great learning experience! Once you’ve registered, we’ll confirm the in-person venue (usually in West Auckland), or we’ll send your Zoom link.
  • This two-day workshop runs from 9:30am to 5pm.
