Location: Auckland, NZ Personal Statement: I believe I am a hardworking and motivated individual who strives to achieve the highest standard possible, on any given task . My career goal is to work in an accounts role in which I can apply the skills and knowledge I have developed through study at AUT and in my previous work experience. I am currently completing a Contact Centre Readiness Training programme with Great Scott Company and am ready, willing and able to put my soft and hard skills into practice. Course Competencies: Attendance: 100% Attitude: Shagufta showed a fantastic level of commitment to the course. She attended every day with lots of energy and enthusiasm. She has a big smile and a huge capacity and interest in learning. Teamwork: Initially one of the quieter members of the group, she quickly opened up and became one of the most outgoing group members. Liked by everyone, she was a fantastic source of energy and positivity for the group.  Trainer’s Reference: Shagufta was an absolute delight to have on the programme.
