Rachel Freeman Completed 20day Contact Centre Readiness Programme – February 2020. Seeking: Full-time role in Call Centre/Customer Service. Location: Dunedin, NZ Personal Statement: Having recently embarked on a Great Scott Company, Contact Centre Training course, I am ready and willing to begin the next chapter of my life. I am a proud mother of one girl and my desire is to rise through the ranks and prove to my employer that they have made a great decision in hiring me.  I am mature, reliable, responsible and enjoy contributing to a loyal and positive team environment. Course Competencies: Attendance: 95% (time off due to sickness) Attitude: Rachel had a fantastic attitude and was always so appreciative of all the support and learnings she gained during the four weeks. Teamwork: During the four weeks Rachel developed some strong relationships with people in the group, she really enjoyed being with people that she felt she could trust and be open with. Trainer’s Reference: Completing this course has been huge for Rachel and I am so proud of her dedication and enthusiasm for the course. Although Rachel didn’t find it easy at times, she pushed through, which demonstrated her commitment and perseverance toward the programme and ongoing outcomes. Rachel was astounded by the love and kindness shown by the group but it’s only what she deserved.
