Mele Loloma Completed 20day Contact Centre Readiness Programme – March 2020. Seeking: Full-time role in Call Centre/Customer Service. Location: Auckland, NZ Personal Statement: I am currently looking for fulltime employment within the customer service industry. I have great customer service experience and skills. I have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude which helps me effectively build rapport with new and existing customers. I easily adapt to different situations and take the initiative to get the job done. I have excellent time management and can work well unsupervised. I am highly motivated and always keen to learn. I would be an asset to any future organisation.  Course Competencies: Attendance: 65% Attitude: Mele has a kind heart and a good attitude. Though Mele missed some of the course due to circumstances outside her control, she spent the time catching up with all of the activities.  Teamwork: Mele worked really well in the group breakout sessions and offered input and ideas into many of the activities we ran.  Trainer’s Reference: Mele comes across as quiet and intelligent. She is kind, caring, and was liked by all of the group.
