Seeking full time employment where I can add value, develop my knowledge, experience and gain skills to exceed your expectations. Well suited to working both by myself or in a group and am friendly, polite and always willing to help those around me.  I strive to create a positive atmosphere for everyone encountered during the day. Proud to see myself as patient, flexible, reliable, responsible and able to follow instructions well. The most enjoyable thing for me in work is finding opportunities to grow in learning and refining skills.

Max had a great attitude toward the programme, he was like a sponge and processed everything so he could apply it into any role he gains.

Max worked well with the group and was happy to work alongside everyone in the group, adapting to their personalities.
