Seeking: Full-time role in Call Centre/Customer Service.

Location: Christchurch, NZ

Personal Statement:

I am friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people. I like to work in a team but also work well on my own and pride myself on being highly motivated and organised. I use my excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding service to people in whatever environment I am in and am keen to continue to expand my knowledge and experience. With a high level of patience and empathy I can work with diverse people, dealing well with conflict resolution and enthusiastic about achieving results in a set time frame to a high standard.

Attitude:

From day one Jose’s attitude was amazing.  Eager to learn and take everything on board.  Although Jose was a little tentative to go outside of her comfort zone at first, she pushed herself into the stretch zone on numerous occasions, which from a facilitator’s point of view is impressive and appreciated.

Teamwork:

Jose was a strong member of the group who, with her natural leadership skills, led by example and who was deeply respected by every member of the group.

Trainer’s Reference:

Jose is a powerful young woman who will achieve everything she puts her mind to.  Always the first one of the participants to arrive at class, demonstrating a keenness to be involved.  Jose’s calm composed and assertive nature belies her self-confessed nerves and she could be relied upon to be honest with the group. Jose is loyal, committed, authentic and what every company needs in their team.
