Jackie Riddle Completed 20day Contact Centre Readiness Programme – March 2020. Seeking: Full-time role in Call Centre/Customer Service. Location: Auckland, NZ Course Competencies: Attendance: 60% Attitude: Jackie has a positive attitude. Although Jackie missed some of the course due to circumstances outside her control, she spent the time catching up with all of the activities.   Teamwork: Jackie asked lots of good questions and was a great team member. She was liked by everyone on the course and injected lots of fun and energy into the group. Trainer’s Reference: Jackie was a great person to have on the course. She gained significant amounts of growth during the course.
