Location: Auckland, NZ Personal Statement: I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a person who has worked in hospitality, I have a lot of experience in customer service and time management. I hope to share what I know from my experience in customer service to add value and to also gain more knowledge in any role that is presented to me.   Course Competencies: Attendance: 100% Attitude: Folavale gained so much from the course. This was largely due to her putting a good amount of time and energy into it. She has a great attitude and was a fun bubbly person to have in the group.  Teamwork: Folavale was outgoing and kind. She put a smile on the faces of the group every single day and worked well within team activities. She is fun to be around and helps keep those around her extremely positive.  Trainer’s Reference: I am excited about the future of Folavale.
