Cheryl Alexander Completed 20day Contact Centre Readiness Programme – February 2020. Seeking: Full-time role in Call Centre/Customer Service. Location: Dunedin, NZ Personal Statement: A willing, friendly, outgoing and cheerful person with empathy and compassion for those around me. Course Competencies: Attendance:  90% (time off due to sickness)  Attitude: Cheryl demonstrated a positive attitude throughout the programme and was focused on learning and taking in everything she could from the four weeks  Teamwork: Being the eldest member of the group didn’t stop Cheryl from interacting and forming strong bonds with the younger group members.  She was always thoughtful and mindful of the team, contributing behind the scenes to ensure the group could focus on the day’s learnings, such as, emptying the dishwasher and setting the room up for the day. Trainer’s Reference: Cheryl has a beautiful soul and I am so pleased that she was part of this programme.  She has so much to offer an employer, being conscientious and open to new ways of doing things will stand her in good stead for her future role.  Cheryl has a passion for numbers, and it would be fantastic to see her in a job where she can thrive, utilising her ever expanding skill base.  This wonderful person will make an excellent employee to whoever is lucky enough to employ her.
