Completed 20day Contact Centre Readiness Programme – May 2020.

Seeking: Full-time role in Call Centre/Customer Service.

Enthusiastic people personeager to find a role that allows me to utilise my skills in customer service and office management to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a wide range of ages and walks of life. A history of adapting to and excelling with new computer systems.

Baden displayed a great attitude throughout the course and it was a pleasure for the team and I to get to know him.


Having worked alone for a number of years, Baden did exceedingly well in working as part of a team.  He gave encouraging feedback to the group to support the cohesiveness.
