Seeking: Full-time role in Call Centre/Customer Service.

Personal Statement:

I consider myself to be an enthusiastic, responsible, and hardworking individual who strives for excellence. I am seeking full time employment in Customer Service. I am a self-motivated person who works well within a team or independently. I am organised, have an eye for detail, and strive to complete all tasks to reach deadlines. I look forward to joining a team where I can add my skills and experiences and in return gain new skills and opportunities for growth.

Course Competencies:




Ashleen was highly committed to the course and attended every day. She engaged with plenty of questions and worked hard to get the most out of the course. 


Initially, Ashleen was a quieter team member, but within a week she opened up to the team significantly. A great team player, Ashleen got along with everyone in the group. She was open to sharing with other group members and was able to support and offer ideas and insights to them.

Ashleen is intelligent and very employable. She would be very committed to the lucky organisation that hires her. Ashleen has been family-focused for the last few years, hence the gap in her CV. Nevertheless, she is now ready to get back into work and has a good deal to offer. I highly recommend her and am happy to be called to discuss her potential further.
