Feedback from course participants

“Jacqui recently ran a Slaying your inbox Dragon workshop for some of our team. We all spend a lot of time managing emails and Jacqui’s tools are practical, easy to implement and work well to improve productivity whilst enabling the team to focus on priorities. Jacqui’s experience as a coach really makes this course different from others. She spends time with each participant helping them work out what works for them and giving practical tools that work long term. Would recommend! “

Sarah Phillips – Chief People Officer, Watercare

“Thank you so much for sharing your techniques to level up the efficiency of my work. Over the past few months my head has become far more clear! My Outlook is tidy and manageable, I feel less rushed and I hit deadlines. I will be recommending any young professionals who feel a bit overwhelmed to take the personal efficiency course. Your personal time management systems really work if you commit to them!”

Sean – Junior Quantity Surveyor

“Since taking the course I have found myself to be a lot more proactive at work, and I’ve really noticed how much more time I have throughout the day to complete tasks. Being able to separate my to do list from my everyday notes has enabled me to really prioritise my day to day activities and not leave things to the last minute. The regular catch ups and new tips/tricks help to cement that the system works!”

Will – Graduate Site Engineer

“Found this course extremely helpful. But what set this apart from the rest, I feel, is the one on one coaching sessions. Jacqui found a system to suit me specifically, tailored to my own style and way of doing things, so easier to adhere to. But old habits die hard and the coaching just helps bring the focus back and serves as reminder until a new ‘habit’ is formed. Thank you Jacqui.”

Theresa – Brian Perry Civil Auckland

Maximum group size 10 = Maximum engagement

Some providers boast ‘small group’ sizes of up to 30. We know better. That’s why we limit our competency workshops to a maximum of 10 people. When we say we guarantee a personal experience tailored to you – we’re not kidding!

Take a load off by getting organised – once and for all

You’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed. You’ve accumulated thousands of emails in your inbox, you’re constantly rewriting to-do lists, have reminder notes everywhere, and you wake up at 4am thinking about all the things you forgot to do. Sound familiar?

Whether you’re the one in trouble or you’ve got team members struggling to stay on top of things, we can safely say you’re not alone! The beauty of this personal efficiency workshop is that we’ll tailor tools that work for you, based on your habits and preferences, including whether you prefer working electronically or on paper – or a mix of the two! If you’re a list person (go on, admit it!), we’ll show you a tried and true way to keep a rolling list. We’ll help you clear your inbox (that’s a load off!) and prioritise what you need to do when. Time management will become a simple concept you apply without even thinking!

An individual 2-hour coaching session follows the workshop – so results are guaranteed! Together we’ll implement your new way of working – a holistic system that works for you – at work and at home, and helps create improved work-life balance. Come away with a clear inbox, a calendar that works for you (not the other way around), and a list of tasks that make sense and are achievable. Your money’s never been better spent!
