Tracey has worked as a Corporate Trainer, Facilitator and Coach for the last 14 years. She has extensive experience in facilitating face-to-face adult learning, with a particular passion for Leadership, Communication Skills and Conflict Management. She is an engaging and passionate facilitator, trainer and coach who lights up any group she works with. Tracey has strong business acumen, developed over 20 years of corporate experience. She takes an enthusiastic strengths-based approach to her work.
Since 2005, Tracey has delivered a wide variety of outcome-focused training programmes to personnel from entry level through to CEO level, including four years as a Personal Efficiency Programme (PEP) facilitator, and extensive work in customer service excellence, team leader development, leadership development, conflict resolution, resilience growthand communication skills. As a result, Tracey is able to connect with participants from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and industries. She feels privileged to have also worked with over 250 individuals in their literacy development during this time.
On top of her Social Science Degree, Tracey has a Certificate in Conflict Resolution, an Adult Literacy and Numeracy Qualification and several counseling accreditations. She is also a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, a Multiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) Coach, and a Personnel Efficiency Programme (PEP) Trainer.
She feels proud to have played her part in the learning and development of people throughout New Zealand. Her sessions are creative, persuasive and empathetic and always peppered with her finely tuned sense of humour. Tracey has recently joined our team and brings such a depth of training background and brand that adds even more value to our team!
